Family Art Days will be returning soon to the Apollon…

During family art days, families can come together for creative exploration. Art activities may include arts and crafts, theatrical play, music, dance and even a little culinary art fun.

Thanks to the help of community donations, local sponsors and partial funding from the Nebraska Arts Council, Family Art Days are always free!

ARTIST AND PERFORMER WORKSHOPS

ART BAR

We want our guests to have the opportunity to explore there own creativity any time they come in to the Apollon. So we have created this art bar. Come join us with a friend or two, grab a few art supplies, and create in a wonderful creative surrounding.

Have a project you are working on and want to come in to the Apollon while creating? We would love that too!

Do you have small quantities of arts supplies that you wish to donate to the Art Bar? Please contact Carol at info@apollonomaha.com.

We will also have an art supply exchange. In the exchange you can bring in art supplies you don't need and have the opportunity to exchange for supplies you do. For everyone's benefit, we do ask that these supplies be in good usable condition.

ART SUPPLY EXCHANGE

Think of this like a book exchange except for instead of books, artists are exchanging art supplies. We know that many artists have limited resources for art supplies. So, it is our mission to make the arts accessible, even for the artists. We also know that art supplies may be purchsed for a particular project and then the remaining supplies are no longer needed or need to be changed out for the next project. This is a great opportunity to use the Art Supply Exchange.

In the exchange you can bring in art supplies you don't need and have the opportunity to exchange for supplies you do. For everyone's benefit, we do ask that these supplies be in good usable condition.
